Ingredients

  • 1/3 C cooked black beans
  • 1/3 C cooked lentils
  • 1/3 C cooked sorghum optional: cook in broth or coconut milk
  • 1/2 C kimchi
  • 1/4 C jackfruit
  • 1/4 avocado sliced

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in a bowl or mason jar. Enjoy!

Notes

To cut down on prep time, cook sorghum, lentils, and black beans in advance. Also look for frozen or canned options of black beans and lentils.
