Wild Blueberry Walnut Cookie Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup wild blueberries
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1 dried date
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Wildtree Balanced Meals Shake (see Notes)
  • 2 tbsps walnuts
  • 1/4 cup pasteurized liquid egg whites
  • 1/2 cup Elmhurst 1925 Milked Walnuts (or sub any milk)
  • Top w/ nonfat milk


  • Combine all ingredients together in blender and blend to desired consistency. For thinner shake, use more milk. Enjoy immediately.
