  • 2 eggs
  • 3 C pre-made eggnog
  • 8 TB butter melted
  • ¼- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 package Wildtree Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix or 3C equivalent waffle mix

Instructions

  • Preheat Belgian waffle maker on medium setting.
  • In a large bowl, beat the eggs, eggnog, and butter together.
  • Add the waffle mix and stir to combine.
  • Lightly spray the waffle iron with grapeseed oil to prevent sticking. Fill the iron with approximately 1/3 C butter (or refer to your waffle iron’s instructions for recommended fill amount). Cook until timer on waffle iron indicates they are done.
  • Continue with remaining batter.

Notes

Wildtree Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix can be obtained by ordering online. You can also swap with any waffle mix.
Wildtree Natural Grapeseed Oil (or any store-bought grapeseed oil) is recommended to spray or brush on the waffle iron to prevent sticking. It has a mild flavor and can hold up to high heats.
