Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • ½ C shredded carrots
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1/2 C walnut or non-fat milk recommend Elmhurst 1925 Milked Walnuts
  • 1/2 C liquid egg whites
  • 2 TB non-fat skyr yogurt recommend Siggis
  • 1 TB rolled oats
  • 1 TB ground flaxseed
  • 1 TB walnuts
  • ½ TB chai tea mix see NOTE

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients into a blender and mix until desired consistency is reached

Notes

Use less milk if a thicker consistency is desired.
