- 1/2 C walnut or non-fat milk recommend Elmhurst 1925 Milked Walnuts
- 1/2 C liquid egg whites
- 2 TB non-fat skyr yogurt recommend Siggis
- 1 TB rolled oats
- 1 TB ground flaxseed
- 1 TB walnuts
- ½ TB chai tea mix see NOTE
Use less milk if a thicker consistency is desired.
To make your own chai tea mix version, mix together ¼ tsp each: ground cinnamon, ground cardamom, ground ginger, ground cloves (or allspice), ground fennel, sugar
