Very Berry Tiny Triffles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C heavy or whipping cream
  • 6 oz container of raspberries divided
  • 9 lady fingers split in half
  • 1 graham cracker sheet crushed

Instructions

  • Puree 1/4 C raspberries and set aside
  • Whip cream in chilled bowl (see Notes) until stiff peaks form
  • Fold in pureed raspberry until well blended
  • To layer, place half of a lady finger at the bottom of the shooter glass. Top with a small spoonful of berry whipped cream, 2-3 raspberries, and a sprinkle of graham cracker crumbs. Place a lady finger half on top and continue layering with cream and berries.

Notes

Chill a metal bowl plus metal beaters from mixer in a freezer 15 minutes up to overnight before beating cream to help with whipping process.
